Payment will be taken for all reservations by 12pm the day prior to arrival.

Reservations are non-refundable once you’ve checked in.

In terms of cancellation:

The cost of the first night’s stay for your booking will be charged to the credit card used to make the reservation in the following circumstances:

• No show at the property (reservation will be cancelled by staff at 7am the day after proposed check-in)
• Late cancellation (within 24 hours of arrival)
• Postponement of reservation (within 24 hours of arrival)

We require a valid credit card or the first night to be paid in advance to hold your reservation.

Abode has 18 free carparks available at our hostel in the heart of Mooloolaba. These are available on a first come first served basis. If the car park is full, there’s parking on the street & a multi-storey option nearby with an affordable daily rate of just $5.

Yes, we do have self-service laundry facilities in our Sunshine Coast hostel. Please note there is an additional charge for these.
